Marketing & Programs Coordinator
Kultivate Labs | San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | Hybrid
Kultivate Labs just crossed ten years. A decade of building in San Francisco’s Filipino Cultural Heritage District — programming that sits at the intersection of Filipino-American art & culture, entrepreneurship, and technology. This isn't a legacy moment. It's an opportunity to grow with a dedicate team grounded in community.
In 2026, we're running five active programs, an OpenAI-funded AI literacy initiative, a citywide small business accelerator, a mural project in Jessie West Alley, and a 10th anniversary season that's still unfolding. The work is bigger than it's ever been — and we're building the team to match it.
This is a rare opportunity to come in at a moment of real momentum, report directly to the Marketing Manager, and help shape how Kultivate Labs shows up — across campaigns, platforms, events, and community.
We operate more like a startup than a nonprofit. We look at data, we pivot quickly, we use AI tools in our actual workflows, and we move fast. But what makes us different from a tech company is we don't disrupt the communities we serve. We seek to heal the traumas that have prevented marginalized communities from thriving.
If that's the kind of work you've been waiting for — keep reading.

The Marketing & Programs Coordinator works directly with the Marketing Manager to execute communications across all Kultivate Labs programs. Each program has its own audience, voice, and goals — your job is to keep them all moving: content out on time, campaigns on-brand, platforms maintained, and community showing up.
This is a hands-on, production-forward role. You'll be in the work daily: writing, scheduling, coordinating, reporting, and showing up to events. You'll also be working alongside a team that uses AI tools as part of its actual workflow, not as an afterthought.
We're targeting a start date of October 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — apply early. Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.
Please note: Due to the volume of applicants, only candidates who will be invited to interview will be contacted.
